This hotel really exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect - it was close to all the surrounding attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the SA area. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I particularly appreciated the carpet in the bedroom, especially since I was traveling with 3 young kids who loved playing on the floor.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

Mom on Spring Break with 2 school aged kids. Arrived @ 4pm my initial reservations could not be located; however after a short wait we were placed in a one bedroom, queen bed and sofa bed. These are older apartments that have since been converted for hotel use. My overall experience @ the hotel was nice. The kids enjoyed the space and flat screen TV’s located in the living room and the bedroom for the purpose of connecting ps3 and Netflix. Free breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, etc.

The mattress on the bed was broken. It was like trying to sleep in a bowl. The a/c did not work properly. Consequently it was just a little too warm to get comfortable. It was the worst night's sleep I have ever gotten in a motel/hotel/inn.

Convenient location close to attractions & great amenities. Last weekend, I stayed at a hotel during my weekend trip and it was perfect. the hotel was situated near all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to walk to them, which saved me a lot of time and money. the hotel also had incredible amenities, such as a fitness center, a pool, and a delicious breakfast which was included in the stay.

Unpreparedness & poor staff manners.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was a great perk, and although there weren't enough tables and chairs, we managed to find a spot to enjoy our meal. The swimming pool was well-maintained and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The location was key, with easy access to a nearby grocery store for any supplies we needed. a great choice for a weekend getaway!

While the staff was friendly, we did experience some issues during our stay. The room was missing some basic amenities like salt and pepper and paper towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-kept and clean grounds. Our room was extremely comfortable, and we had a great two nights sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, with close proximity to surrounding attractions and easy access to various parts of this city. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access all the attractions in the area. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout your visit.

The housekeeping service could be improved, as there have been instances where guests did not receive proper maintenance in their rooms or had to go get supplies themselves.

Spacious rooms with separate living and bedroom areas. Fully equipped kitchen in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, only 15 minutes to downtown

They were attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I especially appreciated the comfortable rooms with the added bonus of a sofa bed. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
